Accounting
- Summary Bill for future installments with security and global search. (F6735, F7029, F7255)
- Invoice Reversal Notes - keep original message when reversing invoice but have space to add new message regarding reversal. (F6855)
Carriers
- A new Service Center tab was added to display and maintain phone numbers and websites for billing, claims and service. View, add and modify security is included. Service center data/links are displayed on the policies page of client and retail agent access portals and data is also available for use in delivery templates. (F7159, F7288, F7310)
CRM
- The People Details tab found under the Client Profile menu and the Contact Information screen for other entity types were re-organized and enhanced as part of the Service Automation enhancements. (F1810, F2792, F6115, F7183, F7287, F7322)
